| Alliance Excavation & Grading is a full service class A-7 licensed contractor with the Nevada State Contractors Board license number 0076407. Our services include grading and preparation of new sites and cleanup of existing properties. We specialize in the excavation of swimming pools and spas. Our team has over15 years of pool excavation experience. We are skilled in the projects with the most difficult access.
Our General Superintendent Jeremy Evans has excavated pools for most all the pool companies within the Las Vegas Valley. Our heavy equipment includes multiple size and types of excavators, skid steers, backhoes, dump trucks and hoe rams. We are skilled in hard rock removal and specialty digs.
Our company also offers demolition services to decommission existing pools and spas. We will pull all necessary permit and coordinate all inspections with the local municipality. This gives the property owner the ability to receive property tax reductions once the remove is complete. Alliance also works with the Southern Nevada Water Authority to help the property owner to receive a rebate for the removal of the pool.
